Refunds and Returns Policy

All sales are FINAL. There are no refunds or returns on any purchased products, due to their handmade nature. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Enchanting Deco Shop is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages during or after shipping. If there is a problem with your order, please message me to find a solution.

Buyer’s Please Note

All items are handmade, minor flaws are to be expected. All items need to be treated with care, or they can be damaged. These products are not toys and should not be treated as such. Please keep items out of direct sunlight for to long, almost all items are made with resin and can become soft with to much heat exposure. Products sold are ART pieces, please handle with care. Wear and tear is normal as with any art.
